Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Faith Street! We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free, including reliable and efficient shipping services. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies:

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Shipping times depend on the method you choose during checkout. If you select USPS Ground Advantage, your order will typically arrive 2–3 business days after it has been shipped. For faster delivery, USPS Priority Mail offers arrival within 1 business day after shipment. While shipping times may vary, most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of processing.

 

Processing Times

After receiving your order, we take 2–3 business days to prepare it for shipment. Once processed, we deliver your package to the shipping carrier. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Tracking Information

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your package from the moment it leaves our hands until it arrives at your door.

 

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at admin@faithstreetllc.com.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will refund you with store credit or give you a full refund (minus shipping cost). Please note that replacements are only offered once per order. If a second attempt is needed, we encourage you to provide a new shipping address with a higher likelihood of successful delivery.
