Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Additionally, all original tags must still be attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. Certain items are non-returnable, including items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at admin@faithstreetllc.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to simplify the process. Pack your item securely, attach the provided return label, and drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to appear. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item does not meet the required standards, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@faithstreetllc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
